I am, just sent a pm actually. Here is what I just sent:

Hey Freak, I'm seeing performance problems loading the football forums main page. Looks like the issue is with ib.adnxs.com. It is trying to load something from there for 20+ seconds, then ends up returning a 404 response code for that component.

My environment is Vista with FF 3.5.2

I just disabled the ads before I posted this so it should be loading fine now but I'm making sure most others were also experiencing what I was.

Mine is still slow (first noticed it around 5-6 pm), screen goes black below the banner for about 5-7 seconds.. maybe more -

You have to have ads to stay in business. How come sometimes they bog the site down and sometimes they don't? Is it a cookie thing?

Not sure. The ad servers don't respond quickly to the request for an ad and the page won't fully load.

I was having problems yesterday, the day before, and a few days before that. My computer would lock up on this site like 50% of the time when I would try to get on here. Today, I've had no trouble.

Response times were a little slow yesterday. Ironically, the only slow times I'm experiencing now is while I'm responding to this thread! How's that for weird? :crazy:

Otherwise, I'm OK.

Yes, I actually had to reboot my machine twice yesterday while attempting to read the threads on here.

Still slow this morning but not as bad as yesterday.

I'm having success now, but lately (last week or two) I've had a lot of problems with VN not loading correctly.
