He's camped everywhere, since he was in Pop Warner, it's not a surprise that he camped with Freeze. Every camp kid gets his picture made with the coach. His pics are all over his social media accounts.

Opening the picture in another window and zooming in, it does not looked photoshopped to me, unless it was a really good job. It's just the lighting that makes Freeze's shoulder look a bit strange (at first).

Of course, like @PulaskiVolFan said, he probably camped lots of places, could've camped with Freeze, and that probably doesn't mean anything.
