i'm in lagrange and a couple buses with police escort just came through. i'm thinking it was them, i doubt auburn would stay this far away, right ?

I hope like hell they start using Holiday Inn Express, at least for the staff.

sorry, no holiday inn express on this exit. we're doomed...
i do believe that was them though. they came from 85 north as if they were on their way back from auburn for the night.

It hosted the D2 world series when I was in school. They just built a new stadium a few years ago for the Double A Montgomery Biscuts called Riverwalk just a few block down right in the center of town.

True. My senior year we played Huntington College on maybe one of the most God-Akward fields I have ever seen in my life. The right field fence was maybe 15 yards away from this real busy street in Montgomery. When we played I bet there were 6 cars just slammed with foul balls. Our RF'er broke the back out of a Suburu Outback. I'm sure the lady on the way to her LPGA event was displeased.

The center field fence didn't curve, it was a straight line from power-gap to power-gap.

While sitting in the dugout (where I spent most my time) you could spit into fair territory. I'm just real surprised no one has been killed there yet.

Anyway to end this, I didn't know if that was Patterson Field and I'm guessing it isn't.

Right field at Patterson is pushed back against a huge hill the extend out to center. Lots of Kudzo if you will...

maybe im not up to speed on things..if you go to school there, why would you not already have a place to stay?

generally it is so you can keep account for all the players and ensure nothing stupid happens the night before a game

somebody is here in lagrange, 2 buses with alabama tags. i drove by and one guy was outside of another guys room had on auburn shirt... just led me to believe it was them...
