Anybody interested in pitching in for a full page ad in the KNS?

I was saying that is an interesting motivation for some people.

In the sense that you could have it, and say "That's me the year fans took out the 'Fire Fulmer' ad, I gave $X to finance and have my name attached to this ad. Man, '08 was weird."

Full page ad. Something along the lines of a pic of CPF with "Time for change" at the top. Just trying to guage interest.
Why don't you do that, and put your name on there too so everyone will know just what a supporter you are of UT football.

Oh, I think I get your point.

Those who have tired of the current staff aren't supporters of the football program.

That's basically the most patently absurd statement I've read today. On a board this large, that's saying something.

Then put your name on a full page ad big boy, because I would damn sure put mine on one supporting the coach. Come to think of it...I already have.

Or you could make the names in little bitty font and make up the phrase "time for change" just a thought. Like have Phil's picture and then above it the names form the phrase?:dunno:

How about everyone sale their Wyoming tixs, and then use that money to fund it. Let tix holders put their seat/section number beside their name.

Ad could say, "Proceeds from the sale of personal season tickets were used to fund this ad. We could've came to homecoming and booed, but we stayed home for a Change."

We would need to make t-shirts, have a boycott party somewhere on campus, sponsered by a rich anti-fulmer alumni so that we would get more publicity. If that doesn't work, we would need to start a riot.

I don't think you could get enough for the tickets to make it worth donating....heck, I'm just about ready to say I'll sell my Miss. State tickets & donate the proceeds....

Any one come up with an idea of how the page would look and what exactly it would say? I would love to contribute but I would like to see what the product is going to look like.

I think our best bet is to have Cincy or any other graphically talented individual draw something up and post it. After seeing the product, I would be interested in doing it.

BBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOO Lets see how many of you chanfe your minds after the Vols thump #1 Bama in 2 weeks

Bamma is going to kill us. However, I would still rather donate the money to a starving kid on the street. Around here, unfortunately, it is a common site.

You can count on me for $50--as long as my name is included. And in the course of my MBA studies I was often praised for my writing, so I'd be happy to produce a draft for everyone's review as well...LMK
