Ainge actually hurt hand in a pick up BBall game? Covered it up until practice. I just find it odd that a guy who has handled over 20,000 snaps in his career, hurts it getting a snap.

Makes some sense with the coaches giving different scenarios on how , when it happened during practice and what play he did it on.

My friend who played for UT would't do anything that may hurt him... We would all go ice skating and he would stand on the side and watch...If Anige did this he is an idiot!!!!

I don't know... If it is true, it is hard for me to come down on an athlete being an athlete. It was an accident either way, and things happen in life.

What does it matter how he was injured? Oh, that's right. It doesn't.

Well he is injured and for some reason we cannot throw the ball down the field. If his hand is the reason we cannot throw a 20 yd pass, then get him out of the lineup.

I dont care how he hurt himself. It is to a point that he is a detriment to the team. if we cannot utilize our offensive plays to there fullest potential by throwing the ball downfield or left handed handoffs resulting to fumbles. I then ask the question: WHY IS HE IN THERE?

Because for this offense a one handed ainge is better than a healthy crompton. Thats how big a gap there is between the two. So i guess this means crompton can't throw worth s.....fill in the blank.

that has been talked about since about day 3 of pinky-gate. no it doesn't matter how he hurt his hand. Someone mentioned it the first time around, you can't just expect ainge to camp out in a bubble while he's not practicing. he's a kid. let him live. Big deal. Like hat said, it doesn't matter how he broke it.

Doesn't matter. He is all we have. You never expect to get injured, doing anything.
Of course since he is the starting Tennessee QB we should have locked him in Gibbs until Saturday.

If Ainge was the only problem with this team then some us might be concerned over this. However, our ability to throw downfield is not soley due to Ainge's pinky it is more due to the fact that we have no WR's that can seperate downfield. Our coaches can't seem to get the playmakers on the field. They want to use excuses like "they are not ready", "they can't block", etc.
