Most obvious example of rigged game by refs I’ve ever seen. 4 penalties on the drive that would have put the game out of reach. It’s so obvious the B12 is protecting their baby. The refereeing in college football is out of control.

Yes, Texas Tech is ranked #11 with wins over Arkansas Pine Bluff, Kent State, 0-5 Oregon State and Utah who was ranked 16 at the time. Utah was ranked 16 after beating UCLA, Cal Poly and Wyoming.
