I could care less what you post, the point is you are one that puts down any stat that benefits JG as cherry picking then you post a team stat in a qb thread as if it is proof of the QB being the fault. The point is you are not consistent with your arguments either we can use individual stats to back up the play of a player, or none of the stats matter for anyone.
How do you figure Mr 36% , 2 ints and 17 points against the 13th ranked SEC pass defense gets you more points than the guy that scored more vs better SEC defenses? That's the point. Arguing about which QB is going to play is irrelevant given how little offensive production we have had on the season. Stick JG in and we have less points, more negative rushing yards from sacks, but more completions. Stick KC in there and we have less sacks, more points, but more interceptions and less completions.
Pick your poison, because either need the defense to play lights-out to have a chance.

If you have more incompletions and interceptions you will have less points genius.![]()
I guess that was the only game this season huh?JG lasted long enough to go 0/2 and get hurt eating another sack. You really believe he'd have slung more than his average of TD/game? Please.

It's amazing what a missed block and concussion on the first drop back can do to a qb.
So going by this season or their career's there is nothing that says playing KC over JG when both healthy gets you more points.
Unless lower ypa and qb rating with more ints and less accuracy somehow equals more points.
Yea a qb has never had a good or even great game when they missed the first two passes when the blocking assignments are being blown. It's a lot easier to have a high accuracy when you don't throw that often. It's too bad that that his high completion rate and low interceptions hasn't translated into passing TDs or first downs, but that's reality.
Given his play this year there's no reason to believe that we'd have had more points against Missouri with JG, considering that the entire offense was playing poorly.

His td rate is pretty good.
If he played the whole game their careers and the rest of the game showed we would have performed better.
Why isn't KC more accurate then? He has never thrown a ton.
That is an ugly stat!We are currently 126th in first down offense, behind CMU, who is 1-11 on the season. The only P5 program with less first downs than us, is Rutgers.
Rate doesn't measure by game genius, but by attempts per td.Since when is 1 TD/game a good td rate for a P5 QB?
I have no clue why Chryst isn't more accurate of a passer; he doesn't seem to have ever been that accurate in college.
But completion percentage is not the be all end all of QB success that you want it to be, JG has a higher completion rate than 9 other SEC QBs, and he's only comparable or better than one who is lower on the list, Ty Storey.

JG is about the fourth best SEC qb. Will be in the top three next year with Tua and Fromm.
As far as Chryst I thought it was easy to be accurate when you don't throw a lot of passes? I guess he proves that theory wrong.
Gametime though.
