Does no good to express my hate for Nike in the womens Volleyball thread thats why. Amazing that three years ago everyone here hated Nike and Oregon but now most everyone is drooling over their over priced crap. Oh btw the checkerboard looks great on the field but awful on shorts, shoes etc. Open your eyes people.

I tend to agree with this. The checkerboard is being overdone...but it appears that's what Nike does so it is what it is.

Nike takes something synonymous to the school and runs with it. I'm fine with the checkerboard being on things because it is uniquely us.

That is what Nike does with a lot of their release date shoes, they make a very limited amount to drive up demand.

That's why you see people wait in long lines for Jordans. There are only so many available and they always sell out on the first day.
