Any word on how Memphis ‘backers Eason & French are doing?

Jumper had 18 in a game too. And i have not read where most people think gray turned a corner versus arguably the worst team in the sec.

I never said Banks can't be good. I've said it amazes me we have such great recruits and no one can jump him.
Gene chizik I’m just stated people will know Eric gray by years end. You’re entitled to your opinion but I just dislike the lack of cognitive skills in forming them.

I’ll be surprised if the NCAA actually goes through with this. Players are playing 85% of their season and then there’s the whole how many scholarships athletes are allowed the next 2 years because those numbers will be inflated. It sounds great, but in practicality allowing blue bloods to have 100 scholarship athletes will basically create a monstrous gap in talent from other schools.
The NCAA is not going to have any choice. If a player plays this year based on the NCAA announcement they cannot take it back. If they do, anyone who wanted to would go to court and win easily.

Just like the NCAA denying Cade during a free year of eligibility?

Jumper made a NFL roster. Probably would help your narrative

Jumper made a NFL roster. It would help your narrative to pick a player who never signed a NFL contract.

Tootoo
Crouch
Banks
Beasley in that order
Soon Page is probably 5th. All 4 of those LBs have experience as a RB. Very athletic and can read openings through the point of attack at the LOS.
U should take a look at the Whitehaven vs Cordova game a couple seasons back. Carvin & Banks were seniors at Cordova that year. Eason & Frenchy completely shut the run game down as sophmores. I follow The Haven closely and those 2 guys are going to be special. U dnt just start at whitehaven for 3 straight years. That place is a d1 factory which is more impressive to me bc its a public school. They are the 2 biggest MLB's on the team from day 1 and are sideline to sideline guys. Honestly HT & Crouch are the only 2 guys we got that have higher ceilings then Eason & French. They are both capable of contributing early if given the chance.

I think Gray finally arrived and that 246 reflected it. Those 2 ints showed he has an eye for the ball and that’s more than useful as an inside linebacker...and you keep shifting goal posts. He has 12 tackles against SC and you’ll move em again. Determined narratives find a way. They’re OUR LBs btw.
He didn't look it last night. Tried to tell you he looked good versus Vandy. Chandler looked like our back last night.

Do you still feel like this after yesterday?
Banks looked like the 2nd best LB on the field.

Banks played way better than Crouch did. I was surprised

Edit: I’m a fool, didn’t realize this comment was from before the NCAA appeal went through.
NCAA approved his transfer, the SEC is the one that won’t let him play.

Uhh yeah 1 game wont change my mind about French or Eason neither will 1 season. Banks aint a true freshman in his 1st 6months on campus with a covid shortened offseason. Banks is in his 3rd year in the program and he did have a couple picks in a game last year at backer. He should look like he knows what he is doing. Its no knock on Banks he looked good outside of the dumb penalties. Eason & French will get their chance and we can revisit this topic down the road
