I do agree with most of this in he's not necessarily a quick burst guy and he may not have the skillset for punt returns. However he has shown multiple times, one mentioned above on the INT return, how well he navigates in traffic with the ball in his hands. He has that same talent of what I term as "running scared" that Dobbs and others I've seen have over the years. If nothing else, use him as a threat even if you don't plan on getting him the ball. The issue for me is a playmaker that Evan is resides most of the time watching the game. Just hope somebody figures out a way to develop that talent where it is on the field a lot more than just kick returns.
