I'm going to be in Savannah this weekend and was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good place to watch the game. is there an alumni association bar, a bar that usually attracts ut fans, or even just a place with a lot of tvs that's guaranteed to put the game on for us?

Yes I live in Savannah, not aware of any bars that accomidate to UT fans however if you go to City Market to the Wild Wing Cafe it is an awesome Football atmosphere.

Grew up 10 minutes from Pickwick Lake. Love the food.
Have to drive home this afternoon or I would make a trip across the dam for some.

Really?
I'm there every single thanksgiving, and at least a few times during the summer.

One of my favorite places, despite being small/simple.

I'm actually still in Savannah GA( I don't go to Columbia, SC until October)

Coach's Corner off Victory Drive is a good place to watch games. Kind of a hole in the wall kinda place.

I was there for 2 months. It's not a bad spot. I like it better than my other options I had

Any place on River Street that has ESPN2 is a good choice.

Failing that, I would look for a sports bar on GA204 (Abercorn). There are a few between Exit 94 and downtown.

Think there's a Hooter's at Exit 94 now...

FYI, I'll be about 70 miles south of you, and tearing it up in my living room....after I win the 9 a.m. Pro Shop Challenge at Sanctuary Cove Golf Club. Only gotta pull 21 points to cash in.

Sucks to be a 15 hdcp, with all those scratch golfers around me.

Go Vols.
