A buddy sent me a screenshot of some guy on facebook who acts as insider (looks like a copy+paste job from the paid sites) who says that if granted a 5th year, Mashack would opt to transfer to one of the California schools. I tried to look at the guys group, but you have to join and I’ll not be associated with that crowd, so…

Only if there was an extenuating circumstance like an injury or illness and he missed more than 80% of the season. Not being good enough to see the floor in every game doesn‘t qualify.

Why's that? I've seen a lot of guys come and go in the last 7 decades. Four years was enough then and it's enough now. Doesn't mean I want us to be bad. Life goes on and players move on. Felt the same way about last year's seniors...and those in the years before that.
