Any news on Shy Tuttle's injury situation?

Does "nocleats" refer to the fact that you never played the game? Because that was a chickensh*t play by # 54. There is a difference between finishing a play and getting beat so bad that you have to dive at the ankles of a true freshman from behind.

Yeah that guy was a real bada**

We've had posters badmouthing Barnett for a few (non dirty) plays with EXTRA ENGLISH...imagine if he went all Ndamukong Suh on opposing players? :loco:

It's likely. I honestly think he likes to see people down on their luck. When it looked like we may win he started salivating about Richt going on the hot seat.

It's because we basically put his Gators into the SEC championship. Gators won't lose 3 sec games. They might lose to LSU but that is it

SEC Officials: You can't take them seriously...seriously. There is no telling what they will call, nor not call, on any one play. Dobbs gets hit in the head--illegal...no call. Tuttle gets injured on an illegal, cheap-shot block...no call. Couple of pass interferences on georgia..not called. And I'm SURE that we got a couple of breaks as well. It's a crapshoot with these old insurance agents who officiate on Saturday. I respect them, but they're not very good.

You forgot the "block in the side call" on the Ga return TD.

It hurt Gary to say good things about us. He loves to trash the Vols. Its been a while since we won a CBS game. I bet the ratings were through the roof!

I don't think he trashes us. We have just been bad for a few years now. You can't blame the announcers for us being bad. There has not been very many good things to say about us. Until Butch got here. It is changing, I hope you can see that.

love how after the Hurd fumble and GA run/recovery for the TD, Verne actually said "it was almost a disaster" because Dobbs almost caught up with him before he got to the end zone?! REALLY!? WTF? Hopefully Someone said something to him after that... this was pitiful.

what I cain't understand, why was Dobbs the only one chaseing him down?

Speaking about the TV announcers,I despise to listen to their drool.Hence I have for some time watch the games muted.

Gave you a 'like' for this one. I was having this very conversation with my family as to why I 'never' listen to 'sausage fingers' Lundquist and Danielson, and very seldom to others.

I want to see the game and interpret myself - they don't even get player names correct or understand the game sometimes. They're just looking for a storyline - i want to watch and enjoy a football game - wish I lived closer to Knoxville and I would attend more frequently.

We will be there to host the Gamecocks, though.

Go Vols !

Not to mention the block in the back on the punt return that was called back! smdh

Can anyone tell me at what point in the game this play took place? #54 from UGA grabbed Tuttle's jersey to slow him down, then dove into the back of his knee.

3rd qtr I believe. I know that's a broad span, but I started drinking pretty fast when it was 24-3!!

If we start winning games, Danielson's perception of the Vols might change. He's had to watch, and announce, about 30 straight CBS UT games in which we've suxed, choked, lost. Can't blame the guy.

I stupidly did the exact same thing, and my head is splitting wide open right now. It's like every hair on my head has a pebble tied to it this morning.

Did we win or lose the game?

He was likely the only one close enough. Hurd was on the ground, the WRs were in the end zone, and the OL...stop, do I even need to comment on them?

THINK man....THINK before you type. :hi:

Holy **** ....

Already explained it. Hurd was chasing and Josh Smith caught up to recover the ball that Dobbs knocked out. So we had people chasing.

Blocks below the knees from behind are never legal and are always dirty.

I hope the UGA player that did it gets what's coming to him.
