I don't know the rules good enough on that to debate it. Maybe the guys on the Vol network were wrong, but that's what they claimed during the broadcast. They didn't have the rules correct on the 10 second run off at the end of the game, so they aren't experts on the rules either. (They thought the game should have ended with a 10 second runoff after UGA got flagged for 12 men.)

The Vol Network also claimed Medley's kick against UF was good. SMH

No, Midway is a town over in North Carolina, in Davidson Co. That's where Shy is from. I watched him play HS ball a couple of times here.

Not vouching for authenticity of poster, but he did get that part right.

Of course they don't have little league like we do in TN, it's a bit different, but most still call it little league when talking with outsiders.

Yea, we were in Charleston in front of Hymens listening on my phone and for about 20 seconds we looked like idiots celebrating.......

In fairness, CBS got the runoff rule wrong as well.

love how after the Hurd fumble and GA run/recovery for the TD, Verne actually said "it was almost a disaster" because Dobbs almost caught up with him before he got to the end zone?! REALLY!? WTF? Hopefully Someone said something to him after that... this was pitiful.

I caught that too. Yeah I guess it depends on what team you're on as to which would be a disaster. We were currently experiencing a disaster.
