I've heard Nashville at Nissan Stadium but no date, or time or any particular details. Anyone know or heard anything?

I heard the jerseys will be Orange and White. Not the black ones...

I believe there were a couple of articles floating about the same time the Neyland renovations started aout moving the O&W Game.
Most articles seemed to suggest Nissan stadium. Saw one that suggested Bristol Raceway (which seemed weird to me for an exhibition type game). One or two even mentioned Liberty Bowl Memorial in Memphis.

As far as I know though, nothing has been set or announced by the AD.
If the work on Neyland goes well, what's the latest the UTAD could make a determination to move the game?
Would the renovation work be such that parts of the stadium could be blocked off and the game still happen?
Is there a venue closer to Knoxville that might be available for what seems to be about 30 to 40K fans?
Could Regal or Lindsey-Nelson be a make-shift venue?

As bad of a job that was done to the field during the MCB, even the endzones were bad...
UT should just have it at Vandy or Memphis if their stadium still can't be used

Play the spring game in Chattanooga and maybe the baseball team gets to play at Lookouts Stadium against Auburn or Georgia.

Reports tonight on another site of April 9th, Nissan Stadium. Nothing solid yet, but if it's played in Nashville, the 9th is the only date available.

This is an excellent idea. Let's move the game around for the next three years as a recruiting tool.
Nashville, Charlotte, Jacksonville etc

And this 1973 exchange, now I understand, was just to prepare me for Volnation.
