Since Ambles is a freshman wouldn't he have to sit out a year and be under Kiffins transfer rules not the NCAA's? Meaning Kiffin could not allow him to transfer to Tennessee if he didn't want him going there. That is the impression I have been under, does anyone else know anything about this?

Southern Cal freshman-to-be, WR Markeith Ambles of Henry County, is thinking about transferring and a decision could come in the next day or two, according to GAVarsitys Brendan Cosgrove. Ambles enrolled early at USC in January. Georgia Tech offered Ambles out of high school, while UGA did not.
I may be wrong about this, but I do not believe Ambles enrolled early at USC in January. Did he not take his official visit to UT on the weekend of January 31st when the basketball team played Florida?
So its either FSU or UGA according the link.
And UGA didn't offer the first time?
He's not transferring according to Ambles yesterday, when the rumors started on TOS.
But as far as the EE stuff, incorrect. He announced on NSD between UNC, USC, and Tennessee on an Atlanta Morning Show. He enrolled for USC's first semester of summer school.
