Is there any juco players we could go get? We need D-line guys and pass rushers. Also is there any ways we would offer Michael Dyer a scolly? We have scollys to offer, I think we only signed 21.

UT is in for an unranked DT whose film shows him to be a beast. Rumor has it that if he qualifies, he's here. In the recruiting forum.

I don't care who we take, but we have to finish in front of Vanderbilt, even if we have to bail someone out of jail to get his LOI. we can always get rid of him later.

For the love of god Dyer. The kid is a screw up, yes. But why not take a chance on him. I think the fan base would love it, and even if Dyer ends up being a bust, or God forbid a criminal, they would give Jones a pass. Because we as, a fan base are mostly drinkin' his kool aid.

Never thought that much of Dyer but he's probably a little better than what we have. I hate to knock on Neal and Lane but they both just seem to be missing one aspect of being above average RB's. Cant put my finger on it exactly though.

Crowell (former GA back) has apparently straightened up in juco and looking to get back in D1. he would be a Greta back to have if given a second chance and could stay straight. He was a former 5 star that would be an impact immediately.

He could be a cancer to the team.

I'm with you on this one. We are currently only 50 points below Vandy on Rivals, despite Vandy having 5 more players than us. The lowest of the 3 stars has a Rivals point value of 5.5, and that gives us 60 points. The highest 2 star (5.4) only adds 45 points and that isn't enough.

I simply want to take one of Vandy's bragging points away from them, and from Franklin.

Vanderbilt, and especially Franklin, makes me sick!

I do not disagree. I think he is a better choice than Dyer though. Yes, he was a pothead but Dyer was as well and also mixed up with guns. I think if one is to consider Dyer you must consider Crowell too. The lesser of the two evils.

Neal and Lane will be good backs behind this line in 2013. Plus another year w/ CJG will benefit them tremendously. Did anyone else on here watch Jabo Lee's Jr recruiting film? That kid looked unreal prior to his injury!
