i won't say none, but there is little evidence to support otherwise. coaching + that talent level= championships.Any doubt Fulmer is going to be owned by Meyer the rest of this decade? None in my mind......:cray:
depends on if you believed what you had been viewing and reading about this game for the past month. so much attention paid to FL's lack of offense thru out the regular season and so much attention put on T. Smith and the OSU offense....some people forgot how good UF's D was/is. they got the cursory, "the D will keep them in the game"...and i know this, cause i was one of 'em.Was there a debate about that?
i'm not going to debate that point too much. Even here in charlotte, when Saban was hired and they made a point go thru the coaches in the SEC that this affected the most, tubberville and fulmer were the two targeted. and while fulmer gets the general nod as a NT winner and multiple sec title winner...it was quickly followed by "how long do you think volunteer fans will give fulmer?"the reality is no one is considering Fulmer an elite coach anymore.
