He's been flying/traveling with the team for the 5 previous years. What changed this year? Especially after our largest profit in a long time of $80M. Why would we be downsizing the personal life coach to the players? That has also caused the parents to petition for him to not leave?

It's Butch vs Antone. I read another article that said as of this year he has been responsible for his travel arrangements if he wanted to go to away games. That's him having to pay out of pocket.

That’s why I’m asking. What you quoted has zero to do with Butch, why would he care? If Butch is spending his time checking the travel list and logistics for the team, no wonder he is losing games. Sounds like Currie to me, but who knows?

It can't be logistics because one extra room/seat is already paid for when they negotiated the deals with whoever we use (Delta, Hilton etc). That tells me someone is making that call on a personal level.
