Wow, what a messed up situation and I truly feel for Antone. I'm sure we've all had horrible bosses and can relate. But there's more to this than what we're seeing. The timing of his resignation, the language used and the AD's immediate response to his allegations is all
problematic.
I'm an administrator and when I receive a document from a current employee with allegations anywhere near the ones made by Antone an investigation is immediate. An employee stating that a workplace climate of "constant intimidation, bullying and mental abuse" is serious, serious stuff.
I just don't understand the lack of an institutional response or even a public statement addressing the steps being taken to fully investigate and correct this problem. It all appears to point to an administration that doesn't take the allegations seriously, or just doesn't care about their employee.
