Nothing special there, but you do know the "star" of that dish is the swordfish and you don't want to overshadow it with some complex pork dish. I would pan-sear the pork then wrap it and bake. If you try this, you will find how well everything works together and still....the swordfish will shine! Sauteed green beans with lemongrass and garnished with fresh shaved Parmesan cheese would add a fresh zest. Do you have any green beans? :crazy:
 
We have more planted. Don't you know I bedazzled RV with my idea of surf and turf being swordfish and pork tenderloin?
 
I love a nice piece of Swordfish. Do you have a good source?
 
RV uses a guy that gets his fish from Tarpon Springs and supplies local restaurants. I will ask him about sword, but his has mostly snapper and grouper. Who do you use?
 
If we can swing the $ for airfare, if not it looks like some USF Bulls games. You going to any?

We lost $90,000 and he was sentenced to 20 years. We had to borrow $ to finish our new home instead of having no mortgage. We now have our original home in Holiday, FL that would have sold for $170,000 but now area homes are selling for $85,000. So I am stuck with one house I can't sell and one I'm in debt for now. I am not a bad VOL fan, just a broke one. Feel sorry for me yet?
 
I'm in a similar situation, so yeah I feel sorry for you. Has this turned into a Windy and VIF answer/ask thread?
