Yea. But don't you know her immune system is very weak due to the close call we had in 2000 with a bacteria that attacked her heart's Mitral valve and nearly killed her? So yea, she gets sick alot and we are pretty much Germ-o-phobes now. Sucks Huh?

Don't you know I've been brought to my knees the last 18 months and all I can do is stay positive, thank God for my health and everything he has blessed me with and I pray for those not fortunate enough to know him as I do. That's what he wants me to do (and I know it pizzes the non-believers off for me to pray for them.) Hahah.

How can a person look at what's around them and see nothing? Can't people see that this world didn't "just happen"? Science is cool but it can't explain everything. How can anyone look up into a beautiful sunset or a child's eyes and say there is no higher power?

My Mother loved God with everything she had. In the weeks before she passed away she would cry pretty often. One night she had tears in her eyes and I asked her what was wrong. She said she wished she had been a better Mother to me and my brother. I told her if there were only one thing she could have done.....she did it. She brought us up in a christian home and taught us the word of God. Sorry, didn't mean to ramble. Don't you think I find God everytime I look for him?

Don't you know RV and I admire your convictions? We offer our thoughts and prayers for the loss of your Mother. I was just hit today with the news that my friend of 30 years in TN lost his brother yesterday. Damn, he was one year older than me at 49 and died of heart failure. Am I rambling too?
