Bottom line is mass killers are cowards..the second they see someone else armed they either run like sissies or kill themselves. The reason why the shooter in Oregon killed himself is because he freaked out when he saw someone armed. That is why these “gun free zones” are absolute JOKES..they dont deter crime, in fact, it makes nut cases swarm to them because they know that no one there will be armed to stop them

They deter crime for the ordinary people in them. They advertise that everyone is unarmed to the lunatics bent on murder.

The fact your ilk support victim disarmament sickens me. It's not about playing hero, it's about knowing that bad things happen to good people. Without the ability to defend theirselves you turn citizens into victims. That is truly shameful.

Seems most of the left are all alike, you never want a gun until you need one.

Just remember, when seconds count, the police are minutes away.

Seeing as how law abiding citizens couldn't take their gun into a movie theater, I am glad the off duty cop was there. This is the exact point many are making about the gun free zones being a joke.

Notice the theater he picked out from the several in the area, the one that did not allow guns. A sad as it is, easy targets.

Those do not even count the hundreds of times a gun is present and stops a crime before it has a chance to escalate to shots being fired.

The stats do not lie, gun control, aka victim disarmament does not work.

The number of cases where a civilian uses a gun to successfully thwart a criminal is infinitesimally small compared to the number of episodes where a civilian's gun is used in a murder or suicide.
