Before I say this I just want everyone to know I don't belive any rumor until it is a fact.

That said. My brother is usually very reliable when it comes to information, but he's going to UA now & whenever he has Vol info i'm skepticle. Even though he is a Vol fan.

He called home today & said theres a "rumor" going around that Tennessee might try to get out of the SEC & into the BIG EAST due for some reason of UT not being able to recruit, Witch to me debunks the whole thing. When has UT not been able to recruit?

I didn't see anything about this & just wondered if you guys have heard.

I belive this all just hear say.

After the Florida win I have heard the whole SEC is disbanding, and all the teams will join ND in the independent league.

No! It is true!!!! Tennessee is joining the Big EASY and Notre Dame is tired of the free ride to the BCS and joining the Big Ten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I almost forgot Norm Chow is forcing Fulmer out to be Head Coach starting next season...

Come on now you listen to rumors from bammers? It all comes from a post on gridscape by Tennstud and the bammers ran with it. There's a post about it on almost every tide board but it's just crap.

This is not true. Tennstud on the rivals site wishes it were true. I wish you wouldn't believe something that's been posted on message boards.

it would be the only way we win another conference title, but then again west virginia, louisville and rutgers would probably beat us.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a long time. Surely you don't believe that. That is so asinine I can't believe I'm even dignifying it with a response. Only people from Bama could make up and believe something like that.

Let me say this once more.

I don't belive this either. I never said I did. I just wanted to know if there was more to it than what I heard. I'm glad it's just a 'rumor' & nothing more.

3 words Ohio Valley Conference, I think we could beat out rivals UT-Martin and Tennessee Tech on a fairly regular basis and count on a conference championship at least twice a decade
