So I was discussing with my Dad that while he is fast, he isn't that fast when comparing previous players. That said, I am having a hard time finding how fast Velus was out of HS and I can't find anything. So that said, does anyone know how much speed receivers have been known to pick up from HS to College graduation?

He has only 1 real season of playing varsity and played that @ 175lbs. He played varsity his sophomore year, but had a D-1 player in front of him. He is now 200lbs and will be the prime target as a senior. His coaches groomed him slowly and correctly.
He will see a big jump in ratings after his senior season.
