Tennessee Middle School Teacher Suspended For Allegedly Masturbating In Front Of Students

A teacher at a Tennessee middle school was suspended Tuesday after being accused of sexually exposing himself to students on the school’s property.

Robertson County Schools suspended Greenbrier Middle School teacher John Nolan Keathley after he was accused of sexual misconduct, reported Smokey Barn News. The Robertson County Sherriff’s Office arrested the teacher July 31 on five counts, including solicitation of a minor and indecent exposure, according to a county indictment.


The teacher was accused of masturbating in the middle school boy’s bathrooms and intentionally exposing himself while masturbating on school property when students were present, according to the indictment. The incidents allegedly took place between March 1 and May 4 of the recent school year, the indictment reads.

“Keathley knowingly or intentionally engaged in masturbation by self-stimulation inside of the classroom he had been assigned on the property of Greenbrier Middle School,” count one of the grand jury indictment stated.


The second count alleged Keathley had also engaged in masturbation in one of the boys bathroom during school hours, according to the indictment. Counts three and four allege he engaged in “Sexual behavior for the purpose of having a minor child…view such activity.”

Texas Fugitive wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse Of A Child Arrested by Memphis Marshals

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A fugitive who was wanted out of Dallas County, Texas, for the first-degree felony of continuous sexual abuse of a young child was captured by U.S. Marshals in Memphis on Monday.

On August 4, a peace officer in the City of Irving, Texas, obtained an arrest warrant for 50-year-old Elizandro Gonzalez of El Salvador.

Gonzalez is alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor for eight years while residing at the victim’s home. The victim is alleged to have been assaulted between the ages of six and 14.

McDonald’s Bathroom Attack: Michigan man charged with allegedly Sexually Assaulting 6-Year-Old Boy, security guard quickly thwarted assault

A 62-year-old Michigan man is expected in court Tuesday to answer charges of criminal sexual abuse and aggravated kidnapping in connection with an alleged attack in the bathroom of a River North McDonald’s, formerly known as the Rock ‘n’ Roll McDonald’s.

A security guard working at the McDonald’s restaurant, 600 N. Clark St., has been credited with stopping the alleged abuse shortly after it began, according to a report from Chicago police. The security guard, 61, suffered his own injuries as he tried to free the child and stop the man. Police said the suspect “also battered a 61-year-old male security guard who attempted to detain him,” although no charges had been filed in connection with the attack on the security guard.

ICE arrests illegal immigrant with Child Sex Crime Conviction, multiple deportations

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced this week that its officers arrested a Mexican illegal immigrant with a prior conviction for indecency with a child and who had been deported multiple times.


Ponce-Mejia is a 43-year-old Mexican national who has been deported five times to the United States. He was convicted of indecency with a child in 2007.


The arrest comes after a 24-year-old Mexican national pleaded guilty this month to transporting and possessing child pornography after entering the U.S. earlier this year.

Christian Dolores Munoz-De La Rosa admitted to being part of a group of illegal immigrants caught near Carrizo Springs, Texas in June. When he was picked up, authorities examined his phones and discovered the illegal images.

The phone contained 116 images of children, some involving children as young as three-years-old.

A Florida man is facing two counts of video voyeurism for allegedly filming two victims under a stall door in an airport bathroom, one of whom was an 11-year-old child, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Michel Fernandez Fuentes, a 46-year-old employee of a food and beverage company inside the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, was arrested on Friday and booked into the Pinellas County Jail, according to jail records.

The incidents took place in June, when two separate victims reported that they saw a reflection of themselves in a cell phone that was being held under a stall door in the bathroom, likely because the phone’s front-facing camera was being used.

Newly released reports from the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools documented multiple cases of shocking sexually-charged behavior by female teachers and aides in city public schools — from bedding students to sending explicit photos to high schoolers to exposing bare breasts to remote-learning 5-year-olds.

Natalie Black, 27, a teacher at Hillside Arts and Letters Academy in Queens, sent at least 15 raunchy snaps of herself “in lingerie or nude” to a 17-year-old male student beginning in late 2021, an SCI report said. The boy was interviewed by the NYPD, but no charges were filed.

By March 2022, the report found, Black’s bad behavior escalated: she showed male students photos of her vagina, pulled down her pants in a student’s home and told him to “eat my ass,” and sent kids videos of herself “deep throating” a liquor bottle and dancing naked from the waist down.

Danielle Medellin, then 24, exchanged nearly 5,500 “very flirtatious” texts with a boy in her class.

A man in Alabama allegedly poured boiling water down his 1-year-old baby's throat while he was out on bond in relation to a domestic violence charge.

Niktoria Lett, the mother of the 1-year-old, Royalty, said that the baby was left alone with Sneed, who is the baby's father, on Sunday. When Lett got back to the apartment, she saw Royalty's face "all messed up," according to FOX 10.

Nearly 270 public educators were arrested on child sex-related crimes in the U.S. in the first nine months of this year, ranging from grooming to raping underage students.

An analysis conducted by Fox News Digital found that from Jan. 1 to Sept. 30, at least 269 educators were arrested, which works out to roughly one arrest a day.

The 269 educators included four principals, two assistant principals, 226 teachers, 20 teachers' aides and 17 substitute teachers.

Ex-CNN Producer John Griffin pleads Guilty to Child Sex Crime

John Griffin, a former senior producer for CNN who was accused of child sex crimes, pleaded guilty in federal court after being charged a year ago, according to the Associated Press.

The federal government dropped two of the three charges against Griffin as part of the agreement. According to the AP, he "must pay full restitution to the victims, an amount which will be determined by the court" and "has agreed to forfeit a Tesla vehicle, and electronic items and to donate half of the proceeds from the sale of his Vermont home and the upcoming sale of a Mercedes vehicle into the court registry."


Griffin, 45, faces a minimum of 10 years to life in prison and a fine up to $250,000. His sentencing is scheduled for March 2023.

Wanted Accused Illegal Alien Child Rapist Captured Years After Sanctuary County Freed Him

An illegal alien, wanted for allegedly raping a child, has been captured by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents years after a sanctuary county in New Jersey freed him from custody.

This month, ICE agents arrested Luciano Trejo-Dominguez, a 31-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, in Santa Ana, California, after being on the run from law enforcement since late 2019 when he was released from custody by Cumberland County, New Jersey, officials.

Cumberland County officials released Trejo-Dominguez to adhere to a strict sanctuary policy that protects criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation by ICE agents, Breitbart News reported at the time.

Trejo-Dominguez is wanted in Portland, Maine for criminal restraint, aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual conduct, criminal sexual conduct, and endangering sexual conduct.

Hundreds of Chicago teachers and school officials sexually groomed and assaulted students last school year, according to a report released this week.

The Chicago Public Schools Office of the Inspector General released its annual report Sunday, saying it substantiated more than 300 misconduct allegations out of more than 600 complaints for the 2021-22 school year.

An OIG investigation concluded one teacher groomed and sexually assaulted a 17-year-old student three times. That teacher was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault. After a November 2022 trial, the teacher was acquitted on all counts, the report said, despite evidence provided by the student and social media records.
