Annual Opponents Bama, Vandy, and UK

While, in a way, I will miss our showdowns with Florida and Georgia, the SEC got it right. Vandy, Bama, and Kentucky have played us every year for over 100 years. They've played against us more than any other teams in the SEC and our oldest rivals. I am glad that it is them that will be our three permanent rivals that we will continue playing against every season for years to come.
Let's have those 3 plus Mississippi State, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Auburn and Ole Miss on one schedule some time .... I like it too.

That's cause you have a loser mentality. You would rather play teams you know you can beat than teams who will challenge you.

Georgia/Florida/Alabama are a challenge. Kentucky and Vanderbilt aren't.

We've won 2 of the last 3 against both Alabama and Florida. And before Georgia's recent run we had them all-time in terms of wins. There's a difference between great programs going on runs against each other versus inferior programs that structurally have no chance of ever being competitive.

Vanderbilt and Kentucky will never consistently challenge Tennessee (unless there's something very wrong at Tennessee) but Tennessee has proven and can consistently challenge Alabama and Florida. And we just proved 2 weeks ago that Georgia is an opponent we can beat.

So first it’s about recent memory. Then when you get called on it you want to bring up our ALL TIME win record against Georgia. When your expert eye gets done watching tape, let us know which one you mean.

If you weren't a loser, then you would know we will play several teams that will challenge us. If you don't know that, then you have issues

No. Its always about competition versus easy wins. Yall are just cheering on these matchups cause you have loser mentalities and see them as easier wins than Georgia and Florida who are more challenging.

True. But you like the added benefit of having 2 cupcakes like Kentucky and Vanderbilt than true competition like Georgia and Florida.

You guys want to run away from a challenge like wimps.

Not sure if mentioned but Tony B says he "believes" Tenn will get A&M, Texas, LSU and Auburn and he doesn't know the last 2 for next year. He then says "quite a way to introduce a new QB".

Probably the end of the FL-TN rivalry, which is good for UF now that we’ve got an actual retard running the program, while TN is top tier solid.

Hopefully we see each other enough down the road to keep the rivalry going.
I’m surprised they ended Florida-LSU on an annual basis. That’s always a great game. And it’s the two Swamp teams.

Troll, troll, troll. The schedules will rotate so quickly they’ll have more parity than at any other time in SEC history. Even the permanent matchups will get evaluated every 4 years.

Ironic coming from the person who has taken more Ls than anyone in the history of this board. Also I pointed out the statistics and never offered an opinion either way on how I felt about it. Curious that the all knowing eye didn’t notice that.

Every team gave the SEC their first couple of choices for yearly rivals, We were #1 on Vanderbilt and Kentucky choices. What Part of That Do You Not Understand?????? The SEC schedule is not About what we want, their are 15 other teams! Please tell me you are not that clueless, but it looks like you are.

Go easy on D4H. It’s in the DNA of a “Duke Man” to be hyper competitive.
