You don't understand that is the best they could do with 16 teams. Also, Kentucky and Vanderbilt are more of a rivalry than Florida, it was the 90's before we started playing Florida yearly. Been playing Vanderbilt and Kentucky Much Longer! Us older fans know who are our true rivalry games are.
You already were told why you are wrong and why this happened and you still double down on ignorance.
Well I'm that case we shouldn't play bama or Florida, we went about 15 years without being competitive at neither. That wasn't 100 years ago.Playing someone a lot doesn't create a rivalry. Rivalries are supposed to be back n forth. Competitive. Heated. None of that is Kentucky and Vanderbilt. Those are teams that we just beat up on and when we do lose to them it usually marks the time when a coach should be fired.
For a matchup to be a rivalry it has to be competitive. At least at some point in recent memory. Not a hundred years ago.

We’ve won 3 of the last 21 against Florida. We’ve won 3 of the last 16 against UGA. Kentucky has won 3 of the last 14 against us. IN RECENT MEMORY….your words…KY has been more competitive with us then we have with UF or UGA/ I don’t have it in front of me but I think Vandy has won 3 since 2012 meaning they’re more competitive too.
Can beat and beating them is two different things. Yes, we should have beaten Georgia, but we didn't. I'm still mad about thatWe've won 2 of the last 3 against both Alabama and Florida. And before Georgia's recent run we had them all-time in terms of wins. There's a difference between great programs going on runs against each other versus inferior programs that structurally have no chance of ever being competitive.
Vanderbilt and Kentucky will never consistently challenge Tennessee (unless there's something very wrong at Tennessee) but Tennessee has proven and can consistently challenge Alabama and Florida. And we just proved 2 weeks ago that Georgia is an opponent we can beat.
We might still have y’all on the schedule next year.Probably the end of the FL-TN rivalry, which is good for UF now that we’ve got an actual retard running the program, while TN is top tier solid.
Hopefully we see each other enough down the road to keep the rivalry going.

You are not changing your mind, and we aren't either. We have the right yearly opponents.Let's just put it this way. Kirby Smart wouldn't be grinning from ear to ear if they won in that fashion against Kentucky. Against some programs a win is a win and you don't care how you get it. While against other programs performances not up to your standards are unacceptable.
To try and compare Tennessee versus Vanderbilt/Kentucky to Alabama/Georgia/Florida versus Tennessee is asinine and yall know it.
True, Georgia and Florida are challenging. But, along with Alabama, we've played against Kentucky and Vandy every season for over 100 years. We didn't play the Gators and Dawgs too much until over 30 years ago when the SEC expanded into 12 teams with two divisions. The Cats and Dores have been true rivals of ours all along and it's great that we will get to play Kentucky and our Little Brother from Nashville every season for years to come. That's cause you have a loser mentality. You would rather play teams you know you can beat than teams who will challenge you.
Georgia/Florida/Alabama are a challenge. Kentucky and Vanderbilt aren't.
