The coaches are recruiting their :shaking2:eek:ff. We have to give Holly a hand, she is really closing the deals. We are ranked between the best or second best recruiting class behind the Huskeys. The Old Hounddog is in the hunt :yahoo:. Would like to see us seal the deal on another post or wing.

ON Prospects Nation we are ranked #1 They don't include transfers which is the way it should be. Btw when ESPN updates their ranking we should be 1, but we will be 2 behind UConn, I guarantee it.

Anyone get the chance to see her play in person? I know she was on U18 USAB this past summer right?

Sad thing is I agree with you, it is no way they should be #1 though with any of the recruiting services; I'm going to list the classes and their rankings per Hoop Gurlz.

UConn Class:
Walker #1
Coombs # 14
Gordon #29
Espinoza-Hunter #37

Tennessee Class: (Without Davis)
Westbrook #2
Hayes #9
KK#55 (Per Hoop Gurlz but that is extremely low)

If we add davis she is the # 12 recruit in the class according to Hoop Gurlz. Even with out her I think we are the #1 class (I really want her though!)

Prospects Nation has KK 11 and ASGR has her 10. Hoopgurlz has lost credibility in recent years

IMO TN had 4 main targets in 2017 when recruiting started.

Hayes

Westbrook

KK

Dodson

Davis and Evans came later

Dodson choosing Stanford was a surprise to many, but after Condeleeza Rice got in her ear, plus a Stanford education got Dodson to flip.

I have no doubt TN turned down a few players to increase their chances with KK and Westbrook. It was a gamble, but one you had to take. The names mentioned as TN turning down don't surprise me at all.

You wonder what Hoopgurlz is thinking with that number 55 ranking. Seems like they are making those rankings up just to have a page. No way she is lower than 20 in this class and everyone else thinks she is top 15.

Don't they normally redo those rankings at the end of their Senior Seasons? I think some one said she was ranked that low on Hoop Gurlz because of a prior injury. I don't know how true that is.......

it happened with the men vols a few years ago when Stokes came in at mid season and played right away.

The same with Te'a. Hoopgurlz had her like 28th. Everyone else had her top 5.

Cooper was the #3 recruit at one point on HoopGurlz then all of a sudden she gets dropped to Idk in the 20s....wasn't KK #3 at one point as well and look where she's at now 50 something.....fishy fishy! Lmao
