An Apology

I apologize for my bad behavior on a post in which I told a fellow poster to kiss my rear because he/she made an attempt to insult me. What I did was uncalled for and I simply should have press d the ignore button and move on. If you disagree with someone's ideology or statement it is so easy to do so without trying to raise their ire. Any way I was wrong on my part.

How dare you show some sense on this board ? This is not a place to be sensible at all !!

(On a serious note, really appreciate you taking effort to apologize to whoever you offended)

It sounds like somebody got a well worded e-mail from Freak... I've gotten one of those too (from insulting Catbone - which incredibly is an infraction).

To "ignore" sounds easy... trouble is when you see the name you ignored post something on your string... It is next to impossible not to "un-ignore" them so you can see what they said... Once you see it... You see red again.

If you ignore them, other's can still see their attacks on your post and it can influence them or you can see the ignored person's post in someone else's post if they have "quoted" the ignored poster...

I feel ya, TD... I do wish when you ignore someone from a thread, it would not let them post on that particular thread, unless they were the author of said thread or the author of that thread un-ignores them.

Well in this case I got a little too pissed and that simply is unnecessary, no matter what. I love my Lady Vols with ALL my heart.

it is easy to get caught up in the moment teacherdean and post the first thing that comes to mind :)I've done it,as many others on here have

Peace. I find out that if you are mad and pissed by someone. Don't reply right away, cool down for 10-20 mins. It is not worth to fight with angry. You are good.

I'm not sorry for anything I've ever told anyone on a message board, and I've written some awful things.

Great to man up; we all get revved up once in awhile because we're so passionate about our VOLS & Lady VOLS and only want the best for them; at least I do. Pure Class to man up!

I think if you apologize there would not be enough space on the server for everyone else to follow suit. VolNation is unique in the way it allows cat fights. I have been in a ton and seen tons on here and I have laughed my behind off. At the end of the day if you take this stuff too serious you just need to take some time off and come back later. That is the key.
