New AP poll is out. Florida is 11th, Oklahoma is 10th, and Texas A&M is 9th.

So we lost by a point to the #11 team, took the #10 team into overtime, and lost by four points to Arkansas, that took the #9 team into overtime.

We should be 5-0, but as bad as we're playing (and coaching), can we really say we are a bad team?

Your thoughts?

My thoughts are that we play two more top 20 teams in Georgia and Bama over the next 3 weeks and we'll probably be 2-5 at that point...we will then need to win out...

There is something very wrong with this team. Dobbs cant throw the ball down field, we dont run the ball enough, our front 7 get no pressure and are db's play d with their eyes closed.....and our kicker stinks.
Well be lucky to get back to a bowl game, call me a negavol but the truth hurts and after just one month, the season is over.

We can still get to 7-5 if the coaches correct some things? I think 6-6 is more likely at this point, but we would still go to a bowl because our fans travel and bowls like to sell tickets.

At that point are we going to give up against SC, Mizzou, and Kentucky? Hell what about Vandy?

Lets not sugar coat this. It hasn't even hit the fan yet.

Moral victories count for a L. We will be playing those teams for years to come unless we move to ACC. One thing that should inspire this team is 8 loses has never happen in Tennessee history. Will be going into Kentucky 2-5 and they smell blood.

Kentucky may be smelling something, but it's more likely them **** themselves after going to overtime with Eastern Kentucky.
