American man killed by tribe on remote island

From what I remember. He went there. Had arrows shot at him and possibly got wounded. Then went back after thinking.. well, maybe they missed. They didn't, he died. He was an idiot, regardless of his intentions.

The first time I watched that idiot do that scene I almost wet myself . That one and when they are leaving and the chief shoots him in the butt with a dart .
