Ambles Visit Is On-Confirmed

I'm pretty sure Ambles made it to ATL. I may be wrong about that. But I was under the impression the idea was to fly there and Rubio bring him to K-town.

This sort of seems like Oku last year, he seemed to waiver everywhere (not quite as dramatic), but the fact that he had been interested for so long, and had his heart set there for quite a while, it would have taken A LOT to drag him away. Don't know if Ambles will commit, but he had been really set on coming here for a long time. It takes a lot to change someone's mind.

According to Google maps the drive from Charlotte to Knoxville is regularly 4.5 hours. Because of the I-40 rock slide you figure to expect another 30 mins. Then the weather concerns. Just saying it could take him a while is all.

I was just thinking the same thing as I was doing the math in my head.

I just went to Asheville last week and THAT was almost a 3 hours drive. That stupid rock slide makes you take the detour through the glorious back roads of Newport, TN...Yeah....Single lane travel, with Big Rigs doing a whopping 10 miles up big hills and littered with TN's finest State Troopers. Or you can go up through Greenville which is a 4 lane all the way but 30 min longer.

Either way, if he drives, I hope the roads are clear cause those rds. are treacherous!!!:yes:
