I really think that we get both!! You know as well as i do that your good friends and women have more influence on young minds than anything!! Ambles (having the relationship he has with rubio and HH) along with his father supposedly pulling for UT, i believe is a better chance than rogers BUT i also know the relationship nance and rogers have which is supposedly as close as you can get without being blood kin will play a large part in rogers signing!! It will really surprise me if we dont get both but also blow my mind if we get neither!! BUT i also saw on an espn article that ambles was shot down ion twitter by HH, sounds likes hes selling but shes not buyin!! LOL

I really like the sound of the Rogers kid. However, I have a new nickname for the other one. Markeith "Back to The Future" Ambles. Reminds me too much of Kelley Washington for my comfort.

I hate this kind of thread. No offense but it brings out people who want to bash Ambles. I think 100% of us want Rogers and 95% want Ambles. Ambles has always been awesome but some people act like he may not be good for the team, just like Bryce Brown last year.

A lot of 5*'s have tons of options and have coaches, family and friends in their ear all the time. Bashing either one of them just isn't right. They are great players and none of us knows them personally.

+1 either will be great for our team and they will need a good coach with a a firm grasp of discipline to reach their potential. Regardless of what alot of people think, most of these kids come in with chips on their shoulders its how they are coached that determines what kind of person you and i see on tv!! My oint being that if CDD gets a grasp on them early we will have one hell of a young team with loads of talent just waiting to be molded!! GO VOLS

It's a tough call. I think Rogers is a little more athletic, but it's close. Ambles is as close to a sure thing as you can get though because he's mastered the art of route running. His route running skills help him get open even though he's only about a 4.6 guy in terms of straight line speed. If Rogers can learn to run routes as effectively as Ambles, he'll be a nightmare for anyone trying to cover him.

This question has been asked and answered several times, but I haven't replied to any of them. If I had to choose, it would be the one who wants to be here the most. I sincerely hope this turns out to be both of them and that both of them can become best friends with Hunter and turn out to be the best trio of WRs in college football.

Ambles' is wearing a UNC hat on his twitter picture. Not stalking, just reading Low's blog and clicked on the link.

Something seems fishy about this kid.............

Tough call, it's like choosing which one of your kids is your favorite. They both bring a lot of talent with them. I give the edge to Rogers though at the moment he seems to be a little less "Hollywood" as Ambles would say.

Hard to say. Ambles is the most college ready of any WR out there IMO. He gets separation and has very good hands. He was constantly burning the best of the best in his AA week practices then did the same thing during the game.

OTOH, Rogers sounds like he's faster and a little bigger at this point. He has more pure athleticism so arguably a little more upside.

I'd say Rogers is the bigger risk of the two but may have the most potential.
