Some around here try to ridicule me by saying I must be his grandmother or in his family cause I defend him.
Its sad that I gotta defend why I like the kid on a Tennessee fan forum.
You can take day a low dose steroid to blunt you own antibodies from killing hair follicles .. The problem is that most rheumatologists will not keep a patients for long periods of time ..steroids are use in short courses
Here's an interesting question too: Would the NCAA or the NFL allow a player to be on long term steroids for a medically acceptable condition? On the surface it sounds like a frivolous question but I know that their banned substance list is pretty long.

Prednisone is not a banned substance. However, long-term steroid therapy would not be a great option for an elite athlete due to side effects.
If he desired treatment, topical agents (steroids, immunotherapy, or minoxidil) would be better choices.
Please. Nobody has a problem with you liking Dobbs. Heck, most of us are incredibly proud and thankful to have him as our QB and representative of the University.
We just all think that you're crazy.
Dobbs has a disease, but those who make fun of him are a disease.
I love Dobbs and am so glad he is a VFL. My question is.....suppose Dobbs has a Heisman year and gets a high projection in the draft. Does he go to the NFL ($$$) and put his Aerospace Engineering career on hold? Inquiring minds want to know? Thoughts?
