Everyday I sneak a quick peak to see if we got ONE commit yet. And everytime I do it Im disappointed. Should I be? Or am I making a big deal out of nothing?

you shouldn't be disappointed, you just need to sit back and relax and enjoy the recruiting season.

11 months til signing day. you dont really have anything to be pissed about. no commits. no sweat. we'll be fine.

I wouldn't worry about the lack of commits but I would worry about the rate at which the elite prospects are rushing to commit to other schools. The trend undercuts schools like UTK that have in recent years depended on the ability to close strong.

We got off to quick start last year and look at how that turned out. Everyone needs to remain calm.

we are in much better shape right now than we were last year. commits or not. we have gotten out early and established some good relationships.

I think a lot of the offensive recruits want to see the type of O we will run before making any commitments. Also, most want to see how well we do at the start of next year. Beating Fla will help.
