LOL... I am kinda attached to her. Actually she is a saint for putting up with me. She is the sweetest most sane (least crazy) woman I ever met. However, I now have your username written down on a sticky note in my office. Just in case we go 6-6 this year. :)

No, you are not alone. This is VN. There are multitudes on here that believe in jinxes, voodoo, black magic, black cats, broken mirrors, on and on. Most of them want to fire the coaching staff on the first loss and some judgment calls that didn't work out. Some of them are sunshine pumpers who are surprised that we won't win the NC. Others are negavols who like to burn mattresses, jump off bridges and kick their dogs.

I may he wrong, but wasn't it Oklahoma either last year or the year before that they tried to win the game in the final minutes and ended up blowing it right at the end with a pick 6 or something?

Oregon St. Is always good and give a lot of teams a run for their money. They just never seem to get over that hump because they play so many top name schools. In the past they would have given Michigan a run for their money but I don't know anything about this new coach really.

I use to think Maryville High and UT were linked....started in the late 80's when they both lost a lot of games to open the season and seemed to be confirmed in 1998 when they both went undefeated, but that link was broken in 2001.

Kind of wish they were still linked.

Hell, I haven't seen the Vols win in person since the 2006 California game. I go to at least 2 a year.

However, I blame the idiot that kicked a bucket of light bulbs. God forgive him.

it is all on me,I quit wearing Vols gear several years ago,wouldn't even use a Orange colored beer hugger,because it jinxed them,I will wear a Vols tee shirt and have a Orange beer cooler the rest of this year,hopefully the jinxes will be over :)

My dad is a jinx without a doubt. No matter the sport or score, if he turns the game on we're going down. We were talking about his Vols curse the other day and he said the last time Tennessee won a game that he watched was Kentucky in 2007.

I am the jinx. I buy new shakers for every game I attend because I'm superstitious. I was very drunk and dropped mine in the bathroom at halftime, and not being drunk enough to pick it up from under the urinal, went into the second half minus a shaker. The whole second half didn't feel right and went terribly as we all know. My bad, VolNation. I keep all the loser shakers in my closet. I have about 50 of them now.

we lost 31-24, and the Chiefs lost 31-24 to the PeytonMeister... hmmmmmm, those numbers may be jinxed
