Interesting. Sure this won't be the last rumor. Would be extremely surprised to still see Coker at Miami next yer.

Why would Alvarez return to football so soon? Why leave the Wisconsin program he built only to return to coaching a year or two later? It all seems odd to me.

As good a thing he had going at Wisconsin... to leave that and come back to the quagmire that is the current Miami program... I don't see it.

You can win a National Title in Coral Gables. You can't in Madison.

That and Shalala likes credibility, loyalty, and someone with proven track record. I'm sure the offer is there if he wants it.

Friday, September 15th, 2006 Dog, Leland and Tim were all released on bail on Friday, September 15th, 2006, as the judge concluded they are not flight risks. While out on bail, they will be required to remain in the state and wear electronic monitoring devices until they return to court for extradition hearings to face trial in Mexico. No date has been set for those hearings.
