Fan since birth. Would have given my nut to got to UT but I did the "cool" thing in high school and have been an electrician ever since.
You're not too old to go to school CBC. I have a nephew who we finally talked into to going to school and he's 25 years old. Just started this fall semester. He is working part time and going to college fulltime . My middle son , a senior in college, is working 30 hours a week and going to school fulltime. It can be done, you just gotta take that first step.

undergrad student starting in january. Leaving my current instate school (that I have a scholarship to) to come to UT (where I have absolutely no scholarship) and paying out of state. Luckily my parents are amazing and paying for it. Dad is an alum. Been a fan since I can remember.

Dad attended UT 3 year GI Bill. Raising 5 children made it tougher to graduate although he did have enough accounting/business to make a career into upper management. He passed away 20 years ago . Mom never finsihed school, you can figure why, factory worker. Ironic though is she has (she passed away recently) one grandson thats a college professor and a granddaughter thats an MD, pretty neat. As for my family and myself, wife and three boys, all either college graduates or (one masters/PHD) currently attending college. Kids attend/attended Maryville College, one David Lipscomb,MTSU (graduate school), all die hard UT fans though. Point being, I have been around some UT grads that don't talk much about UT sports. As far as not going to UT, all I can say is when you bust your but in school and private college academic scholarships come calling it's hard not to go after that.UT has the best Law and Medical schools around for the money but they are extremely competitive to get in, especially Med school and Pharmacy School in Memphis (Cheap) But the love of the Vols is always the same. What's even more important is actually using a degree you received in school. I'll get off my soapbox now.Point being a lot of UT fans never stepped foot in the school system yet love the Vols as much, and yet have spent $1000's supporting them.

Future student, possibly future employee as well.

No hurricanes in Tennessee! We got out of the St. Pete/Tampa area in '04 just before those three in a row came through.

I do miss the beach and golfing in February, though. . . .Good to still have close friends down south!
