Alright, who’s up watching WSU?

I don't like bashing him either, but he should move on to the next stage of his life and forget the football thing, he just isn't that good for all the reason we have seen the past 5 years. Get out while you are healthy before you get seriously injured taking another blind side sack that he just can't feel or avoid. Thanks for the effort but man it was painful for fans to have to watch this for 5 years, enough is enough.

Never cared about Washington State before so JG can fade easily in to obscurity for me, even if he balled out.

I had to remind myself that Butch debuted at Ark State and ESPN says he won nicely. Again, never cared about them --- just added for information.

We've got enough problems here at UT to solve. I'm just not that interested in players and coaches who left and we'll never see again.

From what i saw he actually didn't look bad looked improved. He got injured getting slammed down in his on endzone appeared to be in a lot of pain.

jg just got pulled after the safety
Give the guy a break. He was watching the lady in the black and white stripes with that cute ponytail. So he didn't see the defense coming. That is what he will tell the coach.

We live in Moscow currently, and my Wife is a huge Cougs fan, so I'm sure we'll check out a game or two. I'm not rooting against JG, but after five years, he is who he is. He wasn't the answer for UT, and I doubt he'll be the answer for WSU.

I actually wanted JG to succeed. I have no ill will for him. He tried while he was here through multiple OCs and just couldn’t get it done. I am also glad he left this year to not create drama. I feel bad for him as this was his last chance.

once i learned JG was the starter i instantly bet $$ that Utah State would cover and both teams would hit the under. I cashed in on both bets. Thanks JG!!!!

Ok I’ll turn it off after he throws a TD or INT/Fumble
He had an OK game. 8/13 for 56 yards passing and 19 yards rushing. 0 TDs and 0 INTs. Not great.... but not exactly horrible either.

I just don't understand the hate for the kid who gave his all here.

I'm sure Butch talked a lot about the maturation process for the individual.

I wonder if he could play in the arena league or Canadian football or something like that?

Eh, I don't have any ill will for Guarantano. Dude took a pounding on and off the field to wear orange. Not going to hate on him for not being what we hoped he'd be. I mean, maybe that rogue play at Alabama, but even then, it's all long since passed.

The people who repeatedly kept putting him in that position to fail, however - I can and will continue to be pissed at that business.
I’m right there with you. He was tough as nails. It wasn’t his fault he wasn’t an SEC caliber QB. There’s a very low percentage of humans that actually are SEC caliber QBs. It’s the coaches at fault for not realizing that he wasn’t and kept trotting him out there
