Fulmer at OL

On a serious note, do we not have a better OL in our history besides aaron sears? Not taking anything away from him, just hard to believe he is top 5 lineman of all time

Well, a lot of football has been played since then, but, if you value the opinion of one General Robert Reese Neyland, he once proclaimed that “Herman Hickman is the greatest guard football has ever known" (Herman Hickman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ). I would consider that a ringing endorsement for Hickman’s enshrinement among our alltime great offensive linemen. Like many of these lists, this one appears to have undue weight attached to the last twenty years or so.

Where the eff is Bob Suffridge, the greatest lineman in UT history??

He's the only three time All-American in school history and good enough for the NCAA All-Time Team but not the UT All-Time Team? Okay.

Not to mention no Steve DeLong or Steve Kiner.

That's an incredibly good secondary we have. Seriously.

Yeah, and Terry McDaniel and Tim Priest were pretty dang good and neither is on that list.

Cosey Coleman, Antone Davis, Harry Galbreath could each make a solid case for inclusion on the team. All very, very good.

Al Wilson absolutely has to be on that list.

Crazy that arguably our greatest 2 DTs played side by side in 2001. I get pissed off every time I think about how much talent that team had... with no championships to show for it.
