Well dang, if that's all you have to do then I might do it. JK. Is he a preferred walk-on? I thot he was scholly.
I think you get 20 walkons total on your roster, the word preferred is meaningless really as they are all treated the same and get the same exact benefits. Pruitt has definitely upgraded our walkon program. If he gets given a scholarship it could mean that he might figure into the QB equation, I just can't see it happening. I've not seen anywhere that he's been given a scholarship and I think our numbers are pretty tight right now so would not expect to see it happen this year.

I think the walk-on number is 33. You can have a total of 118 players so 85 counters and 33 walk-ons.

Quickly forgotten, but without an excellent second half of quarterbacking by J.T. Shrout we don't beat South Carolina and get last year going in the right direction. Maybe he's gamer and we don't know it?

You all are sleeping on Kasim Hill. I read about JG, Mauer, Bailey all day, but not Kasim. Why not?
He had a solid freshman year at Maryland before transferring and he will be under what I hope to be better coaching. I think he has a real chance of starting next year.

How good are his knees. He's had an ACL on each. He was a real good running QB before that. If his running abilities are significantly reduced then he probably won't go to high on the depth chart.

All this talk and nobody posts this.

Watch this and look at his stats.

Has some experience, has made some good plays, but his arm is not very strong and appears to be more of a game manager type of guy because he's had so many games where he passed under 100 yards.

Hes probably our 2nd best QB behind Bailey. JG 3rd, Shrout/Maurer share the 4th string. Still don't understand the Maurer love. He was far too small and erratic for SEC play.

The big thing I see in this video is good reads and balls thrown on time.. That is something we have been missing for years.

Close to accurate. Third best behind Bailey/JG.

He won't be a starter here though. Its either Jg or Bailey imo.

I can see them putting in packages for him. He can throw better than JJ and the kid from Kentucky. Assuming his wheels still work I can see him trotting on the field first as a wide out or slot, the next play moving him to the pistol or shotgun and watching Oklahoma burn a timeout. He appears to be athletic enough we wouldn't want to keep him off the field, I just wonder if he'll only be willing to play QB>
