All things STOCKS

Out of day trades, though 😳 hope it doesn’t burn me with IDEX.
Can i give you a little advice since I was in your shoes [only in day trading] about 2 months ago? Look at my history in this forum. If you are nervous because you lost money or you don't like the constant up and down; don't worry it will go away. Just be a little more conservative. I have positions in Boeing, Spirit, and a few very conservative stocks. Not everything will go up 100% in a few days. If you are starting to enjoy it, then you will think about it constantly.

Kicking myself for selling my PINS stock at 22.50 on Wed. It has done nothing but climb since then.

Ha, I owned WorldCom, and thought when the smoke cleared they would be the last telecom standing.
That was several years ago. An accounting scandal, and ironically I'm a CPA.

Enron, WorldCom, Global Crossing, Tyco, JDS Uniphase. Lots of crooks back in the day not even including the fraudulent dot coms. The internet companies would put banner ads all over each other's websites and inflate their revenue as overvalued reciprocal trade deals and before you knew it sock pocket companies had market caps in the billions. Unfortunately for accountants, the government pushed back with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Good week, rough day. A little concerning that the stocks that are higher COVID risk stocks (restaurants, non essential retail, travel, REIT) struggled mightily this afternoon

I played poorly. I’m still up $5100 for the week, but I’m down $1300 for the day. Which really sucks because initially I was up $1300 and almost sold. Up $20,009 on the month, so I probably shouldn’t complain 😬
