deployments are not fun.... you will miss everything.... family friends football food clean clothes radiostations tv sleep.... not that cool...however,i do not regret anything i have done while i was there....

Af deployment is three months at the four seaons in the uae

Really? Sounds like it would suck. But I think I'll try it anyways. As soon as Taco Bell doesn't need to run the drive thru anymore I'm signing up.

Tone down the egotism and you won't get ripped. Lots of soldiers post on VN, but most don't feel the need to brag in hopes of having themselves taken more seriously. Personally, I respect the sacrifice of soldiers and say thanks for your service, but if you're going to act stupid, I'll treat you as stupid. Don't be such an ass.
