That’s not a burger, that’s a smothered and topped chopped steak atop a bread disc with another bread crown. Trying to eat that as a burger will have stuff oozing out all over everything. I doubt that the “bun” will hold up throughout the attempt.

As someone who has partaken in hundreds of Huey's Burgers, there has never been an issue with the bun holding up.
