Yeah, Its a small family business that is trying to create a market/industry in hope of making the fish profitable for commercial fishing to cut down on the numbers. These things can kill off just about every other fish species in a water body. There will be some federal and state monies to help out if it starts to sell

I'm gonna season it up pretty good, but I'll grill a couple plain. Prob better than tilapia

Yea, I get all that, but $6 a pound is stupid. IMO.

But anyway, let me know how it taste. I hate fish tacos, but if I were gonna make some I would pan fry it in some olive or avocado oil. How are you going to cook it?

So Asian carp ain't too bad.. little pieces so I did fry it instead of grill. Taste is fairly clean, the bigger pieces had a hint of fish. Def better than tilapia I'd say most fresh water fish would be.

Edit.. just a tad chewy
