I was off 5 bucks, but that's about right. Ribeye is hands down my favorite grilled steak, but I do love me some prime rib. I really like it blackened. I used to do blackened prime rib bites for appetizers at the restaurant. They were popular.

She said it seemed they changed the recipe at some point and she wasn't happy with the product. She makes her own now with the bread machine.

Cool. I haven't used them in several years. I made Gyros with the small ones and liked to use them and the larger ones for smoked pizza, they held up well for being in the heat that long. They definitely have a purpose.
