No, haven’t lost my mind just yet (not that is anything wrong with that, lol). Beef is about all I like now. Has nothing to do with the other meats. I used to love them. I just work around them so much that they are no longer on the menu, much to my detriment. Give me a 1 inch thick cut ribeye and I’m in heaven.

That’s what I have for tomorrow, no other way, if you ask me. Usually do a prime rib roast, with a crust of butter, rosemary, thyme, fresh garlic and let the prime rib speak for itself. Didn’t have time this year.
