Come on down, David Cutcliffe. All signs point to a former head coach landing the Tennessee Vols offensive coordinator job

Yeah I’m feel the same, why is a qb coaching running backs and not qb, doesn’t make senseI think Sark would be a good choice... has the experience we need.
What is bothering me is the role Chris Weinke is serving... running backs coach. The man needs to shift over to QBs and get that position under control... just look at his resume... this has to be fixed!
I really don’t want a coach that has done nothing without Kiffin. At USC Kiffin was the real reason for the success of those offenses. He has done been nothing but mediocre at his very best when he’s all on his own
None of the candidates that have been contemplated have a 100% approval rate, so I’ll wait and see the results AFTER the season with whoever the hell we get, to grade the hire. If he does a good job the best you could hope for is 97% with whoever likes VolunteerHillbilly’s posts comprising the dissent.![]()

8th in NFL offensive production....8th!!!! is terrible? without freeman....Gimme a Break....This rebuild is going to take the time.....CJP will have the Defense Ready and Sark will get production out of the offense....Geez...I don’t want Sarkesianhe looked good at Bama but a big part of that was because he was overloaded with talent. He has done terrible in Atlanta and he did pretty terrible at USC. Would have rather had Freeze imo.
Some of ya'll act like he is the HC and the only one recruitingSark would be a great football hire...BUT let’s not forget that he couldn’t keep his dream job at USC because of his drinking problem. That’s a tough sell to mothers who is sending her son to UT! There is a reason he didn’t stay at Alabama and I doubt it was the Atlanta job.
