It's not ridiculous. I don't think anyone "expects" to land a 4* or 5* "big fish." But...you can't tell me it's not an intriguing topic? That's what NSD is all about and that's why I have taken the day off for the last 3 years. :salute:

Clowney's play is a bit inconsistent. I personally want Richardson and Jernigan and the rest bleh.... I'll be satisfied as can be if those two signed.

I'm pumped for tomorrow and NSD, but I'm also taking this with a grain of salt. Stories like this come up pretty much every year.

In this situation, hope for the best, expect...what is already being expected. Dawson, AR, Maggitt, and possibly one of Jernigan or Wright. That is already an amazing finish.

It's said, where there is smoke, there's a fire, but after all, this is recruiting.

I don't blame you, brother. In this age of recruiting, it's hard to take anyone seriously, including the players themselves. Personally, I'm not concerned about a "Big Fish". I think we've got a great class right now and we filled many needs. Tomorrow will be great though.

No hard feelings bro. I'm with you, this class is SOLID with or without some kind of surprise. But it's fun to dream and think about what could be.. All of us should look at this surprise as icing on the cake if it comes true!

+1, that's quite a few great fish listed above with TJ being a true big fish

I just don't see how it could be anyone else without it having been leaked by now.

People are just having fun with it. I understand where you are coming from, but any reasonable person on Volnation should be pleased with our class up to this point. They should love it after tomorrow regardless if there is a committment from a mystery 4* or 5*. I think everyone is just amped up and excited for "Santa" tomorrow. After all, it only comes once a year and after the last few years we have had it is nice to see us recruiting so well!

If anyone finds a reason to complain about what's already committed as of right now, they're insane. We are a tier below what likely would have been reeled in by Kiffin and Co...and we don't have to feel dirty in the process. I'll take that any year.
